If you would like to hide the "Fee" product from your Catalog there is a simple way.
Step 1:
Navigate to Products > Collections from your Shopify store backend.
Or this url: http://your-store.myshopify.com/admin/collections
Step 2:
a) Create a new Collection called "All"
b) In the conditions area add a condition that excludes any products with the "Product.title" - "Is Not Equal to" - "Fee"

c) Save the Collection
Step 3:
Navigate to your http://your-store.myshopify.com/collections/all.
You should no longer see the "Fee" product listed.
You're done!
