1)Click on setting on your store

2)Click on market
​

3)Add the market/country of your choice
​

Now access the Products section in the Shopify Admin dashboard.

Use the search bar to find the fee you want to apply, and click on it.

Navigate to the Publishing section and click on the Manage button.
​

Select the option to "Manage Market."
​

Choose the country or market where you want the fee or rule to be applied, and save the changes
​

​

After completing these steps, the fee or rule will be enforced for users from the selected country or market.
