Common Issues
Uply Tile Not Showing on POS
Make sure you've added the Uply tile to your POS layout (Add Tile β App β Uply)
Verify you have at least one active upsell rule created
Try removing and re-adding the tile
Upsell Not Appearing for a Product
Check that the product in the cart matches a trigger product in your upsell rules
Verify the rule is active (not paused or disabled)
Make sure the upsell product is in stock and available on the POS channel
Wrong Upsell Showing
Review your rules to make sure the trigger products are set correctly
If you have multiple rules, check for overlapping triggers
