Common Issues

Uply Tile Not Showing on POS

  • Make sure you've added the Uply tile to your POS layout (Add Tile β†’ App β†’ Uply)

  • Verify you have at least one active upsell rule created

  • Try removing and re-adding the tile

Upsell Not Appearing for a Product

  • Check that the product in the cart matches a trigger product in your upsell rules

  • Verify the rule is active (not paused or disabled)

  • Make sure the upsell product is in stock and available on the POS channel

Wrong Upsell Showing

  • Review your rules to make sure the trigger products are set correctly

  • If you have multiple rules, check for overlapping triggers
